Fees
Orthodontic treatment is a significant investment, but the benefits are reaped for a lifetime. Our goal is to provide excellent orthodontic care for a reasonable fee. We charge a fee only when treatment is initiated. The initial exam, records, recall exams and consultation appointments are complimentary. If treatment is needed, we offer a number of payment options:
- For payment made in full by cash or check a 5% accounting discount will be offered at the beginning of any comprehensive or full treatment.
- In-office financial plan: This plan offers an initial down payment when treatment begins with the remaining balance due in monthly payments at no interest. In-office payment plans are determined according to individual treatment needs. In addition to cash or check, we also accept Visa, MasterCard or Discover.
- ChaseHealthAdvance: This option offers flexible, affordable financing with a 24-month, no-interest plan. There is no application fee and no down payment required. Please visit Chase’s website at www.chasehealthadvance.com for more information.
- CareCredit: Convenient, low minimum monthly payments are offered with no-interest and low-interest extended payment plans available. This plan may also be used for other health care expenses. See more information at www.carecredit.com.
Insurance
As a service to our patients, our office will accept assignment of insurance benefits on full treatment and qualifying cases. We request that you provide your insurance information prior to your New Patient Consult so it may be verified before your appointment. You will leave your first visit with a clear understanding of your costs for the non-insurance coverage amount. Our office does not participate in managed care or discounted service/fee programs such as DMO’s, Medicare or Medicaid.
