you need to schedule appointments and help to get checked in and out. At other times, I work behind the scenes to make sure you have a great experience when you walk into our office. I work with patients on their financial contracts and down payments. If you ever have any concern in our office, please do not hesitate to see me.

Financial Coordinator

you need to make a payment or have questions regarding your orthodontic account or insurance. I also assist in scheduling appointments and greeting patients at the front desk.

you need to schedule an appointment. I am the primary voice you will encounter when calling our office. I help to check patients in and out and accept payments made in person at the front desk.

Clinic Coordinator

you need a routine adjustment to your braces or if we are adding braces. I also assist in the placement and adjustment of TADs. In the event you were to ever to have a concern or question in the Clinic, I am here to help you.
